= RDoc::Markup::ToLabel < RDoc::Markup::Formatter

Creates HTML-safe labels suitable for use in id attributes.  Tidylinks
are converted to their link part and cross-reference links have the
suppression marks removed (SomeClass is converted to SomeClass).
