NAME
       pnm - portable anymap file format

DESCRIPTION
       The  pnm  programs  operate on portable bitmaps, graymaps, and pixmaps,
       produced by the pbm, pgm, and ppm segments.  There is  no  file  format
       associated with pnm itself.
