## NAME
    [Log::Log4perl::Layout::NoopLayout] - Pass-thru Layout

## SYNOPSIS
      use [Log::Log4perl::Layout::NoopLayout];
      my $layout = [Log::Log4perl::Layout::NoopLayout]->new();

## DESCRIPTION
    This is a no-op layout, returns the logging message unaltered, useful
    for implementing the DBI logger.
