DESCRIPTION
    This iterator can be used to return the empty resultset.

METHODS
    is_done
        Always returns true.

    next
        Always returns undef.

    items
    all Always returns the empty list.

    list_cat
        Skips $self

    filter
        Returns $self

    loaded
        Returns true.
