    DataDumper

## SYNOPSIS
        $serializer = [DBI::Gofer::Serializer::DataDumper]->new();

        $string = $serializer->serialize( $data );

## DESCRIPTION
    Uses DataDumper to serialize. Deserialization is not supported. The
    output of this class is only meant for human consumption.
