        "DESCRIPTION": {
            "content": "*Crypt::DESEDE3* implements DES-EDE3 encryption. This is triple-DES encryption where an encrypt\noperation is encrypt-decrypt-encrypt, and decrypt is decrypt-encrypt-decrypt. This\nimplementation uses *Crypt::DES* to do its dirty DES work, and simply provides a wrapper around\nthat module: setting up the individual DES ciphers, initializing the keys, and performing the\nencryption/decryption steps.\n\nDES-EDE3 encryption requires a key size of 24 bytes.\n\nYou're probably best off not using this module directly, as the *encrypt* and *decrypt* methods\nexpect 8-octet blocks. You might want to use the module in conjunction with *Crypt::CBC*, for\nexample. This would be DES-EDE3-CBC, or triple-DES in outer CBC mode.\n",

        "USAGE": {
            "content": "$ede3 = Crypt::DESEDE3->new($key)\nCreates a new *Crypt::DESEDE3* object (really, a collection of three DES ciphers), and\ninitializes each cipher with part of *$key*, which should be at least 24 bytes. If it's longer\nthan 24 bytes, the extra bytes will be ignored.\n\nReturns the new object.\n\n$ede3->encrypt($block)\nEncrypts an 8-byte block of data *$block* using the three DES ciphers in an\nencrypt-decrypt-encrypt operation.\n\nReturns the encrypted block.\n\n$ede3->decrypt($block)\nDecrypts an 8-byte block of data *$block* using the three DES ciphers in a\ndecrypt-encrypt-decrypt operation.\n\nReturns the decrypted block.\n\n$ede3->blocksize\nReturns the block size (8).\n\n$ede3->keysize\nReturns the key size (24).\n",
