    Throws an exception in the [Moose::Exception](https://www.chedong.com/phpMan.php/perldoc/Moose%3A%3AException/markdown) family. This should ONLY be used internally -- any
    callers outside [Class::MOP](https://www.chedong.com/phpMan.php/perldoc/Class%3A%3AMOP/markdown)::* should be using the version in [Moose::Util](https://www.chedong.com/phpMan.php/perldoc/Moose%3A%3AUtil/markdown) instead.
