## DESCRIPTION
    This package provides a single function, "apply", which does a half-assed job of applying a
    trait to a class. It exists solely for use inside [Class::MOP](https://www.chedong.com/phpMan.php/perldoc/Class%3A%3AMOP/markdown) and Moose core classes.
