## NAME
    [Cache::File::Handle] - wrapper for [IO::File] to use in [Cache::File]
    implementation

## DESCRIPTION
    This module implements a derived class of [IO::File] that allows callback
    on close. It is for use by [Cache::File] and should not be used directly.
