       ftpquota - Perl script for managing limit/tally files for mod_quotatab

## SYNOPSIS
       **ftpquota** [ **options** ]

## DESCRIPTION
       **ftpquota**  is  a  Perl  script  designed  to  create and manage _limit_s and _tally_ files for the
       _mod_quotatab_ + _mod_quotatab_file_ module combination for **proftpd.**
