## NAME
       atd - run jobs queued for later execution

## SYNOPSIS
       **atd** [**-l** _load_avg_] [**-b** _batch_interval_] [**-d**] [**-f**] [**-s**]

## DESCRIPTION
       **atd** runs jobs queued by [**at**(1)](https://www.chedong.com/phpMan.php/man/at/1/markdown)**.**

## OPTIONS
### -l
               the compile-time choice of 1.5.  For an SMP system with _n_  CPUs,  you  will  probably
               want to set this higher than _n-1._

### -b
               fault).

### -d
               tion also implies **-f**.

### -f

### -s
               with old versions of **at**; **atd** **-s** is equivalent to the old **atrun** command.

## WARNING
       **atd** won't work if its spool directory is mounted via NFS even if _no_root_squash_ is set.

## FILES
       _/var/spool/cron/atjobs_ The directory for storing jobs; this should be mode 700, owner daemon.

       _/var/spool/cron/atspool_ The directory for storing output; this should be mode 700, owner dae‐
       mon.

       _/etc/at.allow_, _/etc/at.deny_ determine who can use the **at** system.
