            "content": "dhperldbi is a debhelper program that is responsible for adding a dependency on\nperl-dbdabi-* to the ${perl:Depends} substitution variable.  Such a dependency is required\nfor packages that use the DBD<>DBI binary interface; do not use this for packages that only\nuse the DBI module.\n\nA debhelper addon is also provided.  This makes it possible to just use\n\n#!/usr/bin/make -f\n%:\ndh $@ --with perldbi\n\nfor debian/rules.\n\nAlternatively, since libdbi-perl/1.642-1 you can just build depend on dh-sequence-perl-dbi\nand omit the \"--with perldbi\" part.\n",
